Webster City school board to honor FFA students at Monday’s meeting.

A recognition of the Webster City High School FFA students will be a part of this Monday’s Webster City Community School Board meeting. There will be a report on the recent trip to Nashville by the high school music students, a high school student council presentation and the Iowa School Performance Profile by Jama Hisler. The board is expected to approve the tentative agreement for the members of the Webster City Educational Services Association, approve the non-bargaining and administrative salaries and consider a fund raising request. The resignation of Michelle Thompson from Pleasant View elementary school will be approved and the hiring of Lorena Reed as a custodian at the high school. There will be reports by superintendent Dr. Mandy Ross and from the board. Monday’s meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. at the school board room at 820 Des Moines Street.
