The 2021 season saw the Eagle Grove volleyball team snap a losing streak that was more than 70 games long, in the season’s penultimate game against Paton-Churdan.
While the Eagles season wasn’t as successful as they had hoped, but Alyssa Dooley’s squad did garner a player with All-Conference honors, as sophomore Maddie Kaiser was named top the honorable-mention squad of the Top of Iowa Western Division.
Kaiser led the Eagle Grove squad in assists, as she finished with 73 on the season, while also tallying 14 kills. Kaiser was second on the team in digs with 58, and led the team in aces with 18.
Eagle Grove finished their season 1-21.
